  • Member of Parliament Dean Allison decided to initiate a neutral forum for Canadians to share their personal experiences with the Covid-19 vaccines. MP Allison will be the Chair Person of the Inquiry. It is conventional to name an inquiry after the Chair Person.

The Covid Testimony Association was incorporated as a not-for-profit corporation to act as the legal vehicle to set up and assist with the running of the Allison Inquiry.
