The Allison Inquiry will provide a neutral forum for Canadians to share their personal experiences of injuries to themselves, or to others, from the Covid-19 vaccine(s).

The Inquiry will hear the testimony of experts and/or others to assist in giving context to the issue of Covid-19 vaccine injuries.

The Inquiry will hear the testimony of experts and/or others concerning the Vaccine Injury Support Program or the Vaccine Impact Assistance Program.

The Inquiry will not make findings of fact or reach conclusions. The focus is to listen to Canadians.

At the conclusion of the Inquiry the Panel Members of the Inquiry may, but are not required to, refer questions to Parliament for the consideration of Parliament.
